CEO Roundtable - June 2021, Untapped Labor Pools

Workforce continues to be a growing concern among North Dakota businesses. Attraction appears to be one of the biggest hurdles that organizations face in finding the talent to excel their operations. This CEO Roundtable will focus on new labor pools, ones that aren’t traditionally used in attraction and recruitment strategies. Business leaders and decision-makers are encouraged to attend to learn about current best practices or discover potential solutions that can be altered to fit ongoing situations.

Prior to the pandemic, CEO Roundtables were in-person events that were a staple for GNDC members to connect and share insights. We are excited to begin to re-introduce these educational networking opportunities. Please register in advance to reserve space as well as confirm your lunch. COVID19 precautions will be utilized and we welcome all individuals to engage in ways that feel safe. We will not be offering a virtual option. Presentations will occur in the auditorium with a capacity of 200 people and lunch will offer social distanced options. Masks are not discouraged.
