Morning MeetUp: Management Lessons

Come for breakfast, networking, and a moderated conversation on leadership. 

Each manager has their own style – this sets the tone of a team. But lessons in management can come at a cost – either propel a team toward success or punch holes in the armor.
 
This event will host a moderated conversation on lessons learned. The discussion will cover lessons learned including the good, the bad, and the potentially ugly – and most importantly how to adjust, flex, revive and thrive when things get ugly. Hear narratives from two business leaders who have made a name for themselves in their organization, their industry, and the state – where did they start, what did they do right, and what paths do they wish they would have taken. Take away insight that you can put into organization to help you prepare for success or trials that will test your team.
